your holiday contract
when your trip includes a flight, we are the organiser and you have full statutory protection as a package traveller. your contract is with us for the whole package.
changes by you
you may change or transfer your booking subject to supplier rules and any reasonable, justifiable fee, always shown to you with a breakdown before you confirm.
changes by us
if we need to change an essential part of your holiday significantly, or cancel it, you can accept the change, take an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.
cancellation by you
you can cancel at any time. we'll show exactly what is refundable, any fee, and your net refund before you confirm. refunds are made within 14 days.
transfer to another person
you can transfer your package to someone else who meets the conditions, by giving us reasonable notice and updating the traveller details.
our responsibility
we are responsible for the proper performance of the services in your package, in line with the regulations.
