these terms govern your use of holibobs. they're written in plain english here as a placeholder; the final wording will be provided by our solicitor before launch.
who we are
holibobs is operated by Holibobs Travel Ltd (company no. 09642137), a travel organiser registered in england and wales. when we sell a flight-inclusive holiday we act as the package organiser under uk law.
using holibobs
you agree to give accurate traveller details, to use the service for genuine bookings, and not to misuse the chat or the referral system. you must be 18 or over to make a booking.
bookings and payment
a contract is formed when we confirm your booking and take payment. prices are shown in pounds sterling and include taxes and fees unless stated. one payment covers the whole holiday.
changes and cancellations
your rights to change or cancel, and any supplier fees, are set out in our booking conditions and shown clearly before you confirm anything.
liability
we take reasonable care in putting your holiday together. nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a package traveller.
