what is protected when you book with holibobs, and how.
atol protection
every holiday that includes a flight is atol protected under our licence, ATOL 11842. you'll be issued an atol certificate the moment you book, listing what is protected.
what this means
if we cease trading, the caa makes sure you can finish a trip you're already on and get home, or receive a refund if you haven't travelled yet.
non-flight bookings
hotel-only or flight-only bookings are not sold as packages and aren't atol protected, but your payment is secure and the relevant supplier protection applies. we always tell you which applies before you pay.
your certificate
your atol certificate is in your confirmation pack and on the booking detail under tickets and vouchers.
